Hmm. Toasty. Had to have this casing replaced. There was a bit of a bubble in the side of this case after we got done with it. Dr. Rocket was most gracious in covering this for us.
Scorch marks around where the rail guide was mounted. It seems the thrust forced up through the rail and torched the side of the rocket.
Here you can see one of the cracks the HAWK suffered on landing. There was ice all over the rocket the morning after the flight.
